In keeping with the European tradition of random body-part statues this is Emperor Constantine's foot in Trier, Germany… I'm not quite sure what happened to the rest of him though. My favorite part about this particular piece is that, if you look close enough, you can see red streaks of paint where someone painted his toenails… haha, you crazy Germans and your funny vandalism.
